Andrew, you are attributing to me things I never stated. My feelings have no bearing on the demographics of poverty. There is empirical evidence, thoroughly researched, that speaks to these forces. How do you quantify no one cares about men? That is a subjective opinion you assert. Can you point to where I stated women should receive advantages at the expense of men? I never stated that. What is beneficial to have meaningful dialogue is to recognize there is evidence that can support suppositions and we can debate policy based on that. A thriving, healthy society works for all its members and does not pit certain groups against the other. Helping women to achieve pay equity is not to the detriment of men. Most women and men are hard working people; neither gender has the monopoly on that. I just suggest that we work together to promote a healthier society for all, not demonize one group based on how you may feel about them. Take care.
