As a therapist who works with men in their 20s and 30s I can attest to the anxiety a lot of them experience about meeting a partner and having children. A lot of them want to be young, active fathers and feel envious when they see their peers achieving this. Men in general have to be more open about how they feel rather than hide behind the bravado of being a dad at any age. Great article.
