I would disagree that the Andrew Tate incel phenomenon is a reaction to feminism. For centuries men have spoken disparagingly of women before there was even a concept of feminism, which simply asserts equality of the sexes. Men’s lives are markedly better in countries closest to achieving gender parity so it directly benefits them to view all persons as deserving dignity. And as for Andrew Tate, he is simply an agent to induce outrage to maintain the status quo of unquestioned wealthy elites, which actually harms young people trying to achieve a comfortable healthy lifestyle. Tate offers pseudo-connection and pseudo-validation because those young men sitting in front of their computer screens are still isolated, their life circumstances unchanged, all for a fleeting dopamine hit.
