The number of kids in foster care suffering abuse actively is off the charts and will only swell. The church is not rushing in to save them or maintain ‘orphanages’. Unless the Supreme Court dictated every man submit DNA to determine paternity then they will evade culpability far more often than not. Ultimately you are asserting the primacy of the potential life over the an actual life. That is government overreach. And effectively silencing half the population from having a voice.
