Your basic premise is faulty. You speak of duality. Are you basing this on Platonic philosophy? Platonic and Aristotelian philosophy form much of the foundation of religious institutions which views men as rational, spiritual and superior while women are the opposite, lacking in reason and belonging more to the earth. This fostered an “other-ism” in which women could be defined by men because of the philosophical belief of their inherent inferiority. Men and women are all people and neither should be defined by gender constructs. Learn about feminism. We are tired of being defined and limited and made to feel other.
